2. AWARENESS - Next bring awareness to your leaders and team. When most people hear the word diversity, they immediately think of age, race, gender, and sexual orientation. These are the elements most often addressed in the media and in court, but they aren’t all the aspects of diversity.
3. KNOWLEDGE - Once there is awareness you can redefine diversity through our strategically designed programs that inspire and develop, as well as teach. Beyond behavior, we focus on changing mindsets and perceptions.
